Delete your DocuBay account

DocuBay (operated by DocuBay, Trade License No. 1566289) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

  1. Open the DocuBay app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account (below "Sign out").
  4. Type DELETE and re-enter your password to confirm.
  5. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

On the web: sign in at hub.docubay.ae → open the account menu (top-right) → Delete account → confirm with DELETE + password.

Can't sign in or uninstalled the app?

Email privacy@docubay.ae from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request." We verify your identity, then process the deletion.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, profile details, uploaded identity/KYC documents (except where we are legally required to retain them), and your login credentials/2FA.

What is retained, and for how long

Certain records are retained only where UAE law requires (tax, audit, KYC/AML and financial-record obligations). Where retained, they are de-identified and access-restricted, used only for compliance:
